Meet the University of Wolverhampton Racing (UWR) Team, the only student run team in the UK who race in the F3 Cup and the Morgan Challenge, and take a look at our professional calibre racing cars. The highly commercial nature of motorsport, linked with its popularity and high profile, lends itself well to the development of business partnerships. It allows a raft of commercial entitlements that offer genuine potential as a dynamic, innovative business-development platform. In addition to meeting the team, this event will share with you the stories of several UWR sponsors who have utilised the tailored opportunities and range of commercial entitlements that are on offer to meet their individual business development requirements. By attending the Business of Winning online, you will discover exciting dimensions to add to your existing business development strategies, from meeting and hosting clients, to growing your social media content.
This event is aimed at anyone, in any scale of business, with a passion for, or an interest in, motorsport. It will likely be particularly pertinent to MD’s, marketing/ PR staff, or business development staff.
Attendees will gain an insight into the workings of a student-run professional motorsport team and the multiple competitions they take part in. The presentations will focus on harnessing the unique opportunities that working with a motorsport team give to businesses on any scale, and hearing from current UWR sponsors on the innovative use of their bespoke relationship to develop new business opportunities, and maintain a strong dynamic with existing contacts.
