This workshop unmasks the cyber challenges faced by businesses by sharing trends in cyber security threats and the current state-of-the-art approaches to boost businesses readiness. Last year, 12.5 million UK records were compromised in a single cyberattack, and it took a major online service provider in the USA up to 3 years to realise that 3 Billion customers account details were accessed by attackers. Modern business operations connected to the cyberspace are facing challenges including but not limited to Ransomware, Cryptojacking, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), Malware, and Phishing.
