Creative Black Country is hosting a virtual event with Zoe Partington who’ll be discussing digitising things differently in a changing world that includes disabled and Deaf people and ensures inclusion is a key value in digital planning.
Organisations that make their websites and apps accessible increase their potential market or audience by up to 20%, increase user satisfaction and usability to the general public, decrease ongoing maintenance costs and help themselves meet the requirements of current and future legislation.
The event will contain a presentation by Zoe Partington and there’s an opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A. You can email questions in advance of the event to [email protected].
This event is for individuals, groups or organisations who wish to make their digital content accessible to disabled and Deaf people.
The event will provide insight, tips and information on how to make any digital engagement with audiences and customers also accessible to disabled and Deaf people.
It will highlight how inclusion and accessibility can be fun; innovative and improve all your communication, meetings and engagement strategies and customers.
Participants attending the event will be given access to Zoe’s mini digital booklet 'Deconstructing Disability in a digital age'.
