The event will encourage recruitment in the area by recruiting new apprentices to help post-COVID recovery. Also businesses could use apprenticeships to upskill existing staff. Apprentices can bring new and current skills to businesses to help with growth and development
The event is aimed at any business or organisation that has an apprentice or is considering taking on an apprentice. Introduce employers to Apprenticeships and the incentives available.
Attendees will gain knowledge around the latest funding support available for apprenticeships, how to register and use the digital portal, what apprenticeship standards are, and which ones are available for 2020/21 via the College.
